Loved the hotel's nearly 100-year history as reflected in articles published at the hotel's opening and framed in the lobby with headlines: "Hotel Laundry About Finest On Continent," "Heating System Most Elaborate" and "Devices Mrs. Regina Never Dreamed Of Are To Be Seen In Kitchens Of New Hotel". The manager graciously showed me the fascinating time piece "Prohibition Room". Barman and breakfast waitress were equally friendly and informative. A superbly storied and comfortable space.

Great centralized spot. Was told it was old and might be run down. Found out it was the opposite, yes it was old but in a great historical way. Definitely well upgraded and maintained. Employees were helpful and made you feel welcomed
